Dan Austin of Detroit Free-Press posted aerial video of two historic Detroit churches. The footage reveals ornate detail and symmetry at the churches’ highest levels. A drone captured the video as it flew up, above and around the churches. The full video is embedded below.
At about the 0:47 second mark, the viewpoint sweeps into the Sweetest Heart of Mary Catholic Church and floats above the pews, providing a unique, elevated perspective of the interior.
