'Gloomy with showers likely'

The Washington Post's "Capital Weather Gang" sends out an email each morning with the day's forecast and, yes, on this Inauguration Day, the email began with the word "Gloomy." Indeed. 

I shall be posting this afternoon with thoughts on the new president's inaugural address which has been billed as "philosophic," which is not usually an adjective one expects to find in the same sentence as the name Donald Trump. Has he been cramming Augustine? Aristotle? To offer a bad pun: I. Kant imagine it. (Sorry.) Whatever Trump says, you can get the Distinctly Catholic take on it this afternoon.
