These events have an extreme impact on our spiritual and psychological lives, traumatizing whole communities in their wake. Churches can serve as beacons of spiritual resilience in our communities, providing support in the midst of the spiritual storms of the climate crisis.
Creation Justice Ministries is sponsoring a workshop on Spirituality, Trauma and Climate Resilience at 6 p.m. eastern time on Nov. 17. Participants will discover practical steps for learning resilience from God’s Creation and how churches can provide spiritual support for communities amid climate-change-induced trauma.
