Note to Democrats and those concerned to make the ACA better: Start laying the groundwork for the argument that, if the GOP's second attempt fails, they cannot be allowed to let the problems with the ACA, some of which are real, go unaddressed. This is not about political posturing. This is about making sure people have the health care they need.
