The Congregation of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary has an opening for a Chief Financial & Operating Officer (CFO/COO) executive position
Collaborating with the congregation leadership team, the CFO/COO is responsible for the overall administration, management, and organizational planning of Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (Congregation). The CFO/COO assists the congregation leadership team with implementing the congregation’s mission, values and goals. The CFO/COO is responsible for the overall administration of the IHM Congregation Finances and Temporal Goods.
The CFO/COO provides direct supervision to the Business Office Manager, Accounting Supervisor, Director of Housekeeping, Director of Dining Services, Director of Support Services and Information Technology Consultants.
A Master’s degree is preferred, with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in an executive management position with a strong operations background and supervisory responsibility. Solid financial, technical and administrative skills are required, along with familiarity with investment management, finance and budget management.
