Full time member of 3-person staff, $45-60,000 plus benefits. Bi-lingual (Spanish-English); experience community organizing and working with groups; experience and understanding of Catholic parish life. Develop our 9 Circles of Support of Immigrant Women and 1 of Immigrant Men and their Statewide Immigrant Coordinating Committee. Recruit new Circles. Provide leadership development of immigrant leaders, manage administration for the monthly Group Therapy Sessions (directed by a Mexican psychotherapist) and our Program of Spiritual/Pastoral Leadership. Ensure immigrants' participation at all levels of Strangers No Longer, including giving presentations in parishes and high schools, participating in the Board of Directors and engaging in campaigns for humane policies and practices toward immigrants.
