The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) is hosting its latest dialogue about its recently-published Ecumenical and Interreligious Guidebook: Care for Our Common Home.
Dr. Anthony Cirelli (Catholic), Manohar Singh Grewal, SCD (Sikh), Gopal Patel (Hindu), and Dr. Bhikkhu Dhammadipa Sak (Buddhist) will engage in an interreligious dialogue about the care for our common home. The dialogue will be facilitated by Fr. Walter F. Kedjierski, USCCB, Executive Director, Secretariat of Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs.
The purpose of the ecumenical dialogue is to gain greater insight into how caring for God's creation is fundamental to Christianity, how each of the participating churches is fulfilling this mission and how Christians can unite in caring for our common home.
The Ecumenical and Interreligious Guidebook is a joint publication of the Catholic Association of Diocesan Ecumenical and Interreligious Officers, Catholic Climate Covenant and the USCCB.
