Where are the cardinals voting in the conclave from?

The 115 cardinal electors who will choose the next pope have officially entered the Sistine Chapel for conclave. Above is a map showing each cardinal's age, from where he hails, and whether or not he took part in the 2005 conclave that elected Pope Benedict XVI.
