We at the KNIGHTS of COLUMBUS

We at the KNIGHTS of COLUMBUS FOURTH DEGREE St. Louis, MO Assembly #565 send our prayerful sympathy to the Apostolic Nunciature and the SAMBI Family on the death of His Excellency, ARCHBISHOP PIETRO SAMBI, Apostolic Delegate to the United States.

During his tenure as Apostolic Delegate, ABP. SAMBI was instrumental in representing the Vatican positively to the American government and nation, as well as maintaining and defending the teachings of Our Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI, so well within the United States and beyond. His rapproachment with the U.S. Bishops, as well as the American people, was also warm and well-received.

We are having a Mass read for His Excellency ARCHBISHOP SAMBI at the NEW CATHEDRAL BASILICA of ST. LOUIS in St. Louis, Missouri for his happy repose.
Know of our continuing prayers for his eternal rest, as well as those for his future successor. May he rest in peace!
