For the second time this fall, a panel of three federal judges said President Donald Trump acted unlawfully with his order in July to exclude immigrants in the U.S. without legal documentation from being counted in the 2020 census for the redrawing of congressional districts.

President Donald Trump is expected to refile paperwork during the second week of July to end to the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA, following the Supreme Court ruling that his administration went about trying to end the program the wrong way.

Catholic leaders are praising the U.S. Supreme Court's decision rejecting President Donald Trump's efforts to end DACA, while also urging immediate action be taken to provide permanent protection to more than 650,000 immigrants who for years have long faced an uncertain legal fate.
