Few world issues are as important as the challenge to drastically reduce US and Russian nuclear weapons. Doing so would mean to break open a decades' long log jam that has occurred as other nations have goone ahead building their own arsenals.

So it is important that the talks going on in Moscow this week make good progressive. It seems they are off to a good start [1]as the Obama Administration appears more intent than it predecessor to cut nukes.
