An earlier posting [1]of mine reported on teenage boys entering the seminary in Arkansas. That's juxtaposed to this late vocation, Deacon Douglas Ebert [2], being ordained later this month for the Archdiocese of St. Paul-Minneapolis. One can envision soon-to-be Father Ebert having a terrific pastoral presence and preaching from a reservoir of experience in the days ahead. Congrats to Deacon Ebert.
