The War in Afghanistan

Continuing on my theme of depressing thoughts about the world from this morning, this article at The New Republic [1]by Luke Mogelson reminds us that when the war in Afghanistan ends for the U.S. it does not mean the war in Afghanistan will be over for the Afghani people. The outlook is decidedly Augustinian.
