YouTube video captures spirit at the International Women Religious gathering

 |  NCR Today

For those who have been following the International Union of General Superiors Rome meeting by reading posts on this blog and in other places on the NCR web site, I suggest another way of getting a feel for the event.

Some videos taken by UISG staff are now on YouTube. One, sharing the highlights of the last day, in particular reveals some of the spirit the women shared at the gathering. This video runs about seven minutes. Stay with it or fast forward to the last two minutes in which you will see a few scenes from the closing Eucharist, a celebration that featured African dance and song.

Other videos can be found on the UISG web site.
