U.S. Catholic reports an analysis by The Atlantic that says Massachusetts is experiencing a significant reduction in abortions.

While correlation with near-universal health care in Massachusetts is not the same as cause-and-effect, the data do suggest access to health care reduces abortions.

U.S. Catholic questions whether Catholics should so easily dismiss legislation that might well reduce abortions on a national level.
