The online magazine Salon lists and details seven categories of military mismanagement of money: the number of generals; their staffs and perks; golf courses and other entertainment sites; scandals; self-delusion leading to errors in judgment; marching bands and income from music distribution; and post-retirement military industry employment.
Frankly, I am tired of hearing about some customer buying crab legs with food stamps.
