A 27-year-old with film-star looks, flowing hair and leather jacket provocatively unzipped, wouldn't describe too many appointees to Vatican commissions, but they do describe Francesca Chaouqui, whom Pope Francis has appointed to a commission tasked with overhauling the Vatican's financial systems.
