Ireland braces for new report on sex abuse

"A long-awaited report into the handling of clerical child sex abuse allegations in the Diocese of Cloyne is due to be made public within weeks," begins a report today in The Irish Times.

Minister for Justice Alan Shatter said today the report "is expected to be brought before Cabinet on Tuesday, July 12th and published shortly afterwards" according to the paper. The story says the report on the Cloyne diocese will focus on allegations of child sexual abuse against 19 priests who served there between 1996 and 2009.

The failing-to-stop-enabling-priests-pedophiles-Bishop of Cloyne Magee gets to resign. Why was he not laicized, not fired by the pope instead of being allowed to resign, as if everything he failed to do, every evil he allowed to continue and worsen, is okay to pope B16.

Instead this pope forces any cleric who mentions women and ordination in the same sentence to leave, and keeps on these pedophiles-enablers like Finn , Levada, Law and Magee, responding only if the public outcry is so obvious the crimes can no longer be ignored.

1996 to 2009 time of abuses under Bishop Magee. Can't blame the '60's' for 1996 to 2009. Ridiculous John Jay 'report'.

Criminally charge bishops like Magee,Finn, Law, Levada, and popes JPII and B16 for enabling priests- pedophiles and endangering the children. Still abusing our children even now. New cases of crimes against our children being credibly reported all the time.

And the newest archbishop reports to the press when questioned that the reason he got promoted is because he 'does as he is told, and asks no questions.' Just like Magee, obeys the deceitful illegal ways demanded by B16, asks no questions, has no conscience, has no concern for the safety and well-being of the parishioners and their children. Just does what he is told by this cynical and immoral pope who tolerates and condones these continuing crimes against our children. Just keep hushing it all up if they can, just keep on covering-up any crimes they can.
