It is incumbent upon NCR to do a feature article or even a series of feature articles on the material related to the sexual abuse case of "father H" in Regensberg, regarding which Rocco Palmo provides significant source material. It is not enough to "raise the veil" under the ruse of an amusing romp through a blog on hiearachical appointment. Archbishop Ratzinger's direct or indirect responsibility and accountability is clearly at issue here and an example of systemic causal factors which make sexual abuse of children possible if not inevitable.

Whether false and slanderous as Vatican officials declaim, or simply fact, there is a clear case of abuse, long-standing "supervision" or lack thereof, and issues of hierarchical responsibility (albeit, without accountability).
