Early Tuesday, I sent an email note to NCR contributors -- writers, bloggers, commentators and critics -- who live in any areas affected by Hurricane Sandy, asking them to send in reports about their experiences with the storm. I warned them not to doing anything or go anywhere dangerous. Following are some of the stories we collected.
