On his weekly blog post this week, Cardinal Sean O'Malley has a video of the episcopal ordination of Bishop William Fey, who is, like the Cardinal, a Capuchin. Bishop Fey was consecrated as the bishop for Kimbe, Papua New Guinea. They joy of the Catholics as they welcome their new bishop is truly extraordinary. Take a few minutes and watch.
