The bishops are at the Basilica of the Assumption for Mass this morning. The public sessions will begin at 10 a.m. with Cardinal Timothy Dolan's presidential address and a speech by the Apostolic Nuncio, Archbishop Vigano. I will be here in Baltimore for the next three days, live-blogging the USCCB plenary. My colleagues Joshua McElwee and Fr. Thomas Reese, SJ, are also here. So stay tuned to NCR's website for the most complete, incisive coverage of this year's USCCB meeting.
